Womens PRO Edge Cream with Herbal Blend contains Adrenal Supporting ingredients to restore the adrenal glands and prevent adrenal exhaustion.Active Ingredients: Micronized Natural Progesterone USP, Vitamin C & E, Chaste Tree Berry, Squaw Vine, Cramp Bark, Red Raspberry Leaf, Blue Vervain, Mugwort Leaf, Dandelion Root & Leaf, Usnea Lichen, Prickly Ash Bark, Rose Hips, Syrup of Sweet Grapes, Seaweed blend.

DIRECTIONS: Apply 2 pumps of cream daily to provide 30 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP. Rotate application between face, hands, neck, chest, inner arms, stomach, thighs and behind the knees.
POSTMENOPAUSE: Apply 2 pumps daily for 21 consecutive days. Stop. Repeat monthly. Use additional cream and more days if needed.
PREMENOPAUSE: Starting the 12th day after period begins, apply 2 pumps daily for 14 days. Stop. Repeat monthly. Use additional cream if needed.
MEN: Apply 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cream daily. Can be applied directly to the scrotum. This allows it to get into the prostate receptors.
