Natural Factors - WellBetX PGX (180 Caps) / Seacoast Vitamins

I find that this makes me very thirsty, and I also find that it seems to keep me awake at night. I am NOT obese and do not have a formal diabetes problem, but I wanted something that would help block or control glucose and calorie intake, with this product I do seem to crave less food. I found the label kind of scary, but soon found that it would not immediately expand in my throat and kill me! I think I will do fine with it only if I DONT take it before dinner - as I said, it seems to make my mind feel too alert to sleep. This could be a temporary condition too. There was one other problem that this product MAY have an effect in solving, I am 52 years old and for the last few years I have noticed difficulty with my speech via my nerves, sounds pretty strange eh? Yeah, well, I was not looking for this product to address that 'problem' but loe and behold, it seems to have handled it! Now I wonder it my difficulty with speech was somehow related to glucose over stimulation or somthing? I don't know really, but the fact of the matter is that since taking this product I have not had any problem with speech/nerve/verbal articulation!
