This works very well for weight loss. It cuts my appetite and makes it easier to eat better. I include a lot of fruit and pudding cups for the times when I want chocolate.
I have high cholesterol, but haven't had it checked yet. I am hoping that it will help lower that too.
I recommend these pills for weight loss. Be sure to include a lot of water. This really works.

I haven't had my blood test done yet, but I am so far happy with this product. I have my leg in a cast and have been told that the lack of movement can cause constipation. Since I have been taking this, I have been regular and I know this is why. That is definitely one benefit to taking it. I am hoping that my blood tests also show a benefit.
