Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with meals.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Advanced Gamma E Complex, CoQ10 and Omega-3 Fish or Flax Seed Oil.

Other Ingredients:  Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) and Vegetable Oil Concentrate.  Contains soy derivative.  Contains only 100% Natural Vitamin E.
