Question: My son has made a test and found that his total 25 OH D is only 15.2 mglt. I would like to ask you if it is safe to take for a period of 8 weeks a much bigger dose of D3,our doctor suggests almost 48000 IU a week.(ONCE EVERY WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS)
