these are very effective I took one pill in the morning and I could not sleep for 24 hours I was very active and energetic and had several hard-on during the day, and this only from the first pill, remember I am 55 years old and I weigh 210 pound, I was afraid to take a second pills before I join a gym where I could use this spark of energy to exercise and then may be I will be able to sleep at night
I strongly think that taking two pills a day as prescribed on the bottle is wrong
Also I had muscle shivering in the chin and arms and arms and thighs several times each tasted for 5-10 minutes
