How Should You Select a Systemic Enzyme Blend?

Question: Hi,My wife (42) is currently on 2.5mg of Warfarin and I am looking for a product that can replace the Warfarin.She has a DVT on 08032013 and her INR is stable at 2.3. We use a CoaguCheck XS machine that we bought from Roche as it makes testing so much easier.How could Trevinol help her to get off Warfarin.Please also let me know if you ship to Thailand as we are currently living here.Thank YouAndre
