I purchased this product because I am 50+ and going through menopause. I have tried everything on the market for Hot Flashes and nothing helps and some products actually made them worse. It's increased my libido and I get even greater satisfaction from sex. Also it helps with constipation, or what my mom likes to call "rabbit turds." :-) I only take one a day so the supply lasts longer. I really like it. I'm glad I was told about it.

I had allergies so bad that I was consuming large quantities of cough syrup, Claritin, decongestant tabs, etc., on a daily basis and still not getting much relief. This stuff works like a miracle. I am completely symptom-free as long as I take at least one per day (recommends 3 per day). I paid $21.99 at the store, but now found it for much less at this website. I have been telling everyone I know with allergies about this product. Now I will direct them here!

I have been using KAL Yeast Flakes for about two months. They have a great taste and I feel a lot better with more energy and stamana. However I'm not pleased with my recent purchase . Yesterday I purchased a 12 oz can of KAL Yeast Flakes at our local health food store and upon opening them they were not the flakes I had become used to. Insted of flakes they were more like granuals and did not disolve in Orange Juice totally like the flakes did. They remained gritty. I took them back to the store and the store owner assured me that is the way they are suppose to be. I bought another can from him and opened it there in the store, It was the same consistency, On ariving home I mixed two table spoons of it in O.J. Like the first can, Like the first can this too was gritty and lumped together in the bottom of the glass. Tomorrow I will put it in the blender, Perhaps that will mix it . I dont think the nutritional value is comprimized but the taste and feel sure is. Jim Ford Florida
