I have used many glucosamine products for it's effect on joint mobility and stiffness. I find the tablets and capsules upset my stomach. Seacoast Liquid Glucosamine has worked wonders for me and I don't have any side effects. The combination of Chondroitin and MSM make this an effective formula all in one. I have no side effects with this form of Iodine. The capsule is good, because it keeps the taste from hitting your mouth. (iodine has a bad taste) I am going to keep using it.

Curamin resolved my pain issues remarkably within 48 hours of its being introduced into my system. However, after taking 2 Curamin capsules daily for approximately 7-10 days, I developed mild-moderate swelling of the hands & fingers and developed headaches & an increase in my B/P. These side effects were comparable to those which I developed while taking other NSAIDs, such as Advil, Naproxen & Aleve, for pain relief. Discontinuing its use resolved the side effects within 48 hours.

I love yucca stalk! I have gout and I take yucca to help control the pain and inflamation. Regular medicine makes me sick and gives me many bad side effects. Yucca doesn't bother me in any way.
