bueno te puedo decir que haz hecho una muy buena eleccion y si quieres lo puedes combinar con otro amino A llamado l-arginina,el amino full si es de los productos NOW que son naturales ,no artificil. puedes tomar la primera semana con 4 amino full y 2 L- arginina siempre con la comida,recuerda en la segunda semana bajar a tres pastillas amino full (tres o dos veces al dia este es el ciclo).
