Review I love these vitamins! They don't overdose you with Selenium and Vitamin E which have been shown lately to cause problems in mega-doses. I like that these also have some fiber in them as well. The price is right and the quality is great. Highly recommend.
Review I find the Natural Factors women's multi vitamin excellent as I have never been able to take b vitamins before without reacting badly - i.e. losing my appetite and getting digestive problems, headaches etc. Also, I really like that the proportions of b vitamins are the same as they occur in nature, rather than being identical amounts
