I very rarely can ever say this to aynnoe, but your form is impeccable. Seriously, I work in Ph Therapy and seldom do I see people put so much emphasis on form like you do, I wish everyone on YouTube who workouts could watch this vid and takes it's advice. Putting 120 lbs of weight on a curl bar and doing it wrong does you no good, but with good form, you will see and feel the results. Very well done video Brandon.

I had used for 2 months, and I was feeling great, I had more energy and I happen to lose some weight, and it was lowering my cholesterol, my tryglisorates was in 800, but I did not see the warning about dehydrating, and unfortuantly I endend up in the hospital with total dehydration, It was a hot humid day where I was sweeting agressivily.. please drink alot of elctrolites and fluids if you have to use this product.

As a former personal trainer and fitness consultant, I have long had a beef about people putting artificial' food into their bodies. I have stage four liver cancer and my bile ducts are blocked by two tumors. I am presently on my tenth chemotherapy treatment having began in June of this year. In May I was told that unless my bilirubin count came down, it was 27 and is suppose to be 1 or below, I had only two weeks to live. After five liver procedures I now carry a bag that collects all the bile my liver produces which makes it very hard to digest certain foods. This is about my niece and this is my sister's story: So I have always been a believer in natural home remedies and homeopathic medicine until yesterday ... my 14 yr nearly had a heart attack yesterday from taking sepia 30c which is used for migraines and mood enhancement. She was rushed from school to Centralia Hospital with a heart rate of 180 and from there she was transported to children's hospital. She is still in the ICU but is doing very well today and hopefully can come home this evening. It is unknown if she will have any long term problems from this as sepia and most homeopathic meds are not regulated and have very little info to what side effects they may have.
