Tiger Balm Liniment is formulated to penetrate below the skin and ease aches and pains. It offers a minty scent and a tingly sensation as it works to relieve sore muscles. When used on minor bruises, Tiger Balm Liniment helps the injury to heal more quickly as it reduces the associated pain. It works on ankle and wrist sprains, as well as stiff joints and muscles. Tiger Balm Liniment may be especially effective for use after physical exercise.

Suggested Use: Adults and children 12 years of age or older, apply to affected areas not more than 3 to 4 times daily. For children under 12 years old consult a doctor before use.

This is the safest and most effective muscle relaxing, ache relieving product on the market. The only drawback is that the oil of lavender makes it inappropriate pre-exercise. However, what is a drawback pre-exercise is a real bonus post exercise. I use it prophylacticly for certain muscle areas that easily overworked.
It is also terrific for sinus headaches - without running the risk of salicylates.
In parts of S.E. Asia, Tiger Balm applied to the nostrils is thought to keep out ghosts.
