Question: I am on 65mgs of Naturethroid twice daily. Could I switch to the American Biologics thyroid and if so how much would I need to take? Would I have to follow up with blood tests for my T3, and TSH levels? Thanks, Sherri

A: The recommended use is 1 or more tablets daily as directed by your physician. As with any supplement, it is always recommeneded to consult with your physician for their advise when added or making a change to your supplemental routine.

Question: Is this product hormone free? I only want the raw thyroid extract without the hormones.Thanks, Sarah

A: The manufacturer states that the supplier of this thyroid glandular makes no effort to remove anything from the glands. If something was present in that gland when it was harvested from the cow, it is still present. The only thing that was removed was the moisture that was present in the gland.
