Suggested use for adults at least 15 years of age (for those under 15 years of age, consult your doctor): Adults and children over 15 years of age: Completely dissolve 3 pellets under tongue each morning, or as directed by a health professional. You might get the full benefit from a smaller dose. Pellets can be taken all at the same time or throughout the day, preferably at least 6 hours prior to bedtime.
