Review I have found Country Life target mins magnesium to be excellent for me, as I have traditionally had a lot of difficulty absorbing minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Whereas other brands/products cause me to get stomach problems and lose my appetite, Country Life magnesium does not. Started with a PSA of 9.5 after 160 caps PSA of 9.6. Should I increase or reduce dose?
