Review Having always had a problem with high cholesterol, and not wanting to use the statin medications (which have severe side effects) I decided to try this cholesterol formula. Within 6 weeks my fasting cholesterol went from a high of 231 to 178! My doctor was amazed, since he thought I could not lower my cholesterol with supplements, and by avoiding cholesterol containing food.
