An herbal remedy made from an extract of fresh spring buds and shoots of the Norway Spruce, along with pear concentrate, honey, raw unrefined sugar. Each 2 teaspoons contain 276 mg of fresh pine shoots. Each 6.8 fl. oz. bottle contains 20 servings.
A large number of glycosides and their aglycones (including astringin, catechin, coniferin, isorhamnetin, syringetin, taxifolin), essential oils, poperidien alkaloids (including pinidine, pinidinol, euphococcinine), vitamin C, formic acid, sucrose, invert sugar and plant waxes. The raw sugar is rich in minerals and vitamins.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 - 2 teaspoons 2 - 4 times a day.
Children 10 - 16: 1 teaspoon 2 - 4 times a day.
Interactions with other medicines, toxic effects of overdosage, contraindications are not known in humans.
