Suggested Usage:

RevitalX:

Days 1-4: 1 scoop twice per day along with a liberal diet of raw or lightly steamed vegetables and fresh fruit. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of pure water, or green or herbal teas.

Mixing Instructions: Mix 1 scoop in 8 oz of purified water or freshly pressed juice (vegetable or fruit) or make a smoothie by blending 1 scoop with 8 oz of purified water and 1 cup of frozen organic berries or other fruits.

Detoxitech:

Days 5-7: 2 scoops three times per day along with a liberal diet of raw or lightly steamed vegetables and fresh fruit. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of pure water, or green or herbal teas.

Mixing Instructions: Mix 2 scoops in 8 oz of purified water or freshly pressed juice (vegetable or fruit) or make a smoothie by blending 2 scoops with 8 oz of purified water and 1 cup of frozen organic berries or other fruits. Stir and drink immediately.

Colon Support tablets:

Use per package instructions.

I absolutely LOVE doing this cleanse!! I have done it twice already with friends and we all enjoy it. I felt refreshed and full of energy while on it and after it. I also lost about 7lbs and my jeans are now loose on me. After the cleanse was over I still wanted to continue eating right and drinking shakes. It's a great way to jump start your health! Totally would recommend to this anyone who wants to feel clean and healthy inside and out.

loved this product! as an active mother of a 2 year old i did feel a boost of energy while on and after finishing this cleanse. i wanted to do something natural and also it was important to keep up with my exercise program during the seven days. the shakes were not bad and were very filling. i added a banana half to each one i made along with some ice for a smoothie and it was just right. i intend on doing this a gain next year to jump start my healthy lifestyle.
