I have been using it for 8 days one a day. I did not know what to expect but I am able to sleep better at night wake up refreshed and I have a new calmness about myself. i was only seeking to build up my immunity due to all allergy and sinus problems I experience. Somehow, it has helped me rest and just feel unstressed.
I already excercise daily and eat a very healthy diet of protein, veggies, fruit, no caffiene, etc. I am surprised by the additional unexpected benefits of this product.
