Question: I am on Celexa and low dose Blood pressure med. I have natural probotics such as yogurt, beet kvass, kiefer and Braggs raw apple cidar vinigar. I do not want to over do and cause toxic reaction. Each of these is done in moderation and I am feeling good. i ama 70 year old woman. Please advise if this supplementbwill fit my routine.
