It's great to have these both in single capsule, easy to swallow, no fishy taste.

This was prescribed by my ND for daily supplementation, since I was so deficient in Vit D as measured at the end of August! It took about 3-4 days to "get used" to the
oily lemon taste, and now it is fine. That's the only drawback. But it is SO necessary for proper health! I also use the softgels for when travelling.

I was dx in the yr. of 2000 as Bipolar, I am 62yrs. old. I was put on all kinds of RX drugs to control BiPolar only to find out 8yrs. later than I am still having the same kind of symptons I had 8yrs. ago. Unfortunalty, I was never given a blood test to determin that I was BiPolar the Dr. just put me on meds by talking to me. I have gained a whopping 120 lbs. to date. I am more depressed, I take anti-depressants, while searching for an answer I ran across the physician I am now seeing who is a Md. plus also a Hollistic Dr. in my City. I want to get off of all of the Toxic meds I am taking and try natural, she said; first she wants to start me on ProOmega-D Vitamin,we are doing blood work, I am also during physical therapy for incontenance for 13wks. I am so excited about this. Things are starting to look up. I will be so glad when I can toss all of my pharmasutical meds.
