Suggested Usage:  1 full pump dispenses about 1.2 g of cream, providing 20 mg of USP Progesterone.  This container yields approximately 70 pumps.  Rotate application between abdomen, hands and thighs.  Us 1x or 2x daily.  For external use only.   Ingredients:  De-ionized Water, Avocado Oil (Persea gratissima), Ceteareth-20 (emulsifying wax), Vegetable Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Natural Progesterone (USP Grade), Phospholipids (from Soy Lecithin), Triethanolamine, Natural Aroma Blend [Organic Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis), Natural Vanilla Fragrance, Chamomile Oil (Ormenis multicaulis), Bergamont Oil (Citrus bergamia)], Carboxylic Acid Copolymer, Natural Vitamin E (as d-alpha-Tocopherol), Rosemary Leaf Extract (Rosmarinus officinalis), Potassium Sorbate, Grapefruit Seed Extract (Citrus grandis), Panthenol, Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate), Cedar Bark Extract (Thujopsis dolabrata), Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) (Whole Leaf), Chamomile Flower Extract (Matricaria recutita), Dong Quai Root Extract (Angelica polymorpha var. sinensis), Saw Palmetto Extract (Serenoa serrulata Fruit Extract), Sarsaparilla Root Extract (Smilax officinalis syn.
