THYROID QUESTIONS: I have never seen this subject online. I had my (Multi-Focal Papillary Carcinoma) Thyroid removed Oct. '95. My 4 ParaThyroids were left in place. Dec. '95 I received 3 Radio-Iodine Capsules (in Reverse Isolation). IF there was a RADIATION EMERGENCY, WOULD I STILL NEED TO TAKE A TAB ONCE A DAY FOR MY FOUR PARATHYROIDS? If not, then WHAT QUANTITY, HOW OFTEN? I'm in my 60's.
