I have used kidney bladder many times at the beginning of a bladder infection and have had excellent results overtime within 24 hours. I have recommended it to 4 different friends who have also said they had terrific results within the first 24 hours of using it. I generally use it a course of 3 - 4 days taking 2 capsules 3 times daily
