Derived from wild Arctic cod, Pet Cod Liver Oil from Nordic Naturals provides essential omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins for dogs and cats. High levels of DHA and EPA in each serving promote healthy joints in pets. DHA and EPA have been shown to improve mobility and alleviate arthritis pain.Omega-3 fatty acids also contribute to healthier skin and coat, improving luster and moisture. Vitamin A, which is found in Pet Cod Liver Oil, promotes healthy vision and heart health. Cod Liver Oil may also be used to aid in weight loss by regulating metabolism and water retention.

This product is rather remarkable. We put 1/4th of a tablespoon mixed with kibble for my dog once a day. Not only does he love the taste (refusing to eat kibble without it), but it has significantly improved his mobility and joint pain. He is no longer constrained when running around and he finds it easier to get on top of couches, chairs, etc. I highly recommend this product. You shouldn't just feed your dog carbs, so this will make his meal more nutritious and tasty.
