Since taking this supplement for more than a year, I have not had any additional bone loss. It contains D3, which is the best form of the vitamin. I take two with breakfast and two with dinner.

I've taken several kinds of calcium supplements but OsteoSense Plus packs more well-rounded nutrients into each pill so I feel I'm getting everything I need to fight osteoporosis.
