uggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1/8 teaspoon (approx. 275 mg), one to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For more accurate dispensing, the entire content of the 6-gram bottle can be mixed into one quart of tepid water. The resulting solution (approximately 95 mg per tablespoon) is stable if refrigerated. As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 tablespoons of this liquid may be taken one to five times daily between meals, or take as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use.
