I did high concentrated doses of Oil of Oregano recently when I thought I might be experiencing problems, such as IBS and digestion issues, caused by candidiasis. Along with other supplements, including really strong probiotics that I also purchased from Seacoast, my symptoms quickly cleared up. I continued using them for about a month to make sure everything was in balance in my intestinal tract, and have not had problems since. The Oil of Oregano gels are small and easy to swallow. No foul smells, either.
