Source Naturals 5 HTP is one of the many sources I've tried. It was best tolerated at night a few hours after eating, but made me sick to my stomach if I took it before eating in the mornings. The biggest downside to the product is that it is in 50mg capsules instead of 100mg capsules. I have heard great things about Lidtke's l-Tryptophan as well, but have not tried it. I would definately use Source Natural's 5-HTP is available to me, but prefer LifeLink and Solaray's.

This multi-vitamin has everything I was looking for - specifically vitamins B6, B12, calcium citrate, and iron. Plus, it has been easier to digest than other multi-vitamins that I have tried. I also like that the recommended dose is 6 capsules, so I can take 1 or 2 in supplement to a healthy diet and not feel "over-vitamined".

Lithium aspartate has little information readily available on it's uses online, but is most commonly used for natural treatment of hypothyroidism and thyroid diseases. It helps spread iodine evenly throughout the body and affects chemicals in the brain, modulating them to increase seratonin production. Solaray's Lithium Aspartate, like most other Solaray products, are easily swallowed and well packaged. I like the product and am looking forward to continuing my regimen with it.

Seacoast Vitamins multi-plus liquid is incredible. I have been using for more than two years now, and it provides all the viamins that I need. I believe it has increased my energy and helped to build my immunity because I have not been sick since taking the vitamins...not even a cold. The liquid formula is very convenient versus taking lots of vitamin pills daily. My husband takes them also and I could never get him to take a multiple vitamin in pill form. I recommend them highly !
