MycoPhyto Complex is designed in harmony with the principles of ancient Tibetan medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. In accordance with these systems, each mushroom has a specific role within the formula.
Coriolus (turkey tails) holds a leader role and directs the immune modulating actions of the other mushrooms.
Reishi (Ganoderma) and Cordyceps are prized oriental “power” mushrooms with adaptogenic properties and the ability to elevate vital energy (Chi/Qi). Both these mushrooms have the ability to affect the past as well as the future. They support healing of past “injuries” and protect against future insults.
For this reason consider using MycoPhyto Complex in situations where essential, but toxic, treatments are being used.
Polyporus is specific for pelvic stagnation and fosters the circulation of the immune support to this area of the body.
Finally, Maitake as a digestive tonic supports the absorption and digestion of the formula.

Extensively Researched Medicinal Mushrooms
Each mushroom in the formula is selected to complement and enhance the actions of the other mushrooms. All of the mushrooms have been extensively researched and exhibit the ability to modulate the immune system and foster healthy cell growth.* Some of the features of the mushroom are summarized below.
Turkey Tails (Coriolus versicolor) - Source of PSP and PSK, Spleen and liver meridians
Reishi Ling Zhi (Ganoderma lucidum) - Cardiovascular, liver and respiratory support
Mushroom of the Sun (Agaricus Blazei) - Highest level of beta-1,3-glucan. Reproductive system support.
Zhu Ling (Polyporus umbellatus) Liver support, Kidney and spleen meridians

Asked on: August 29, 2013 Question: My uncle is on dialysis and I want to know if he is able to take MCP?
00A: I do not see any warnings on this product against taking if you are on dialysis however it is always a good idea to let a person\'s primary care physician know of what supplements they are taking especially if on any medication or if there is a medical condition involved.
