This MSM Forte formulation provides the important element sulfur as Methyl-SulfonylMethane (MSM), a naturally occurring organic source. MSM, also known as dimethylsulfone, is biologically active by the oral route. It occurs naturally in the body and takes part in human metabolism, so it is an orthomolecule according to the Linus Pauling definition. Sulfur is a macro mineral universally involved in life functions, and MSM is one-third sulfur by weight.
