Folate 200 mcg 50%

Vitamin B12 (cobalamin concentrate) 50 mcg

Panothenic Acid (as d-ca pantothenate) 10 mg

Magnesium (as magnesium citrate and oxide) 50 mg

L-Theanine Suntheanine (from Green Tea) 100 mg

GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) 200 mg

Other Ingredients: Silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (veg.), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule.
