Question: I started taknig Hoodia Diet-Max a few weeks ago. I was very skeptic about buying it from amazon at that that price because on the hoodia website it says that if it's under 30.00 it's a scam. It's a scam because the people that sell it, dilute it so it's not as good. Is that the case with me, I don't know. I take this capsule 3 times daily With exercise you can and will lose weight. When I took my first pill, I felt dizzy and sleepy. One of the other side effects is that you must take the pill 30 minutes before you eat. If you take it and don't eat, you'll get so hungry and you'll get sick.I guess because it's eating away at your fat and you lose energy. I'm not sure but it does work though. When I first started taknig it, I was 141lbs. Now I am 138lbs. I use to do cardio every day and didn't lose a pound. Now with the help of this product, I'm steadyly losing weight. But if you want a faster result, you might want to try the Hoodia Pure which is like 50.00. I've heard that they work faster. But I'm happy with this product and will be buying from this person again.
