Question: cutting on food is bad sorry the healthiest lfisetyle is eating in proportion and doing exercise. if you stop eating your metabolism becomes slow as a turtle also not because you eat ice cream you get fat. The key is to cut down from 3 scoops to one. Food shouldn't make us suffer, its here for our enjoinment. I agree we should eat healthy but enjoying a dessert once in a while doesn't kill you as long as you maintain a healthy diet and exercise frequently
