Asked on: September 6, 2013 Question: I have a question regarding the Malic Magnesium vs. the malic Relief formula. I have Fibromyalgia and I'm not sure which would be best to take or would I use the Malic Magnesium as a supplement and take the Relief formula as needed? Please let me know ASAP I would like to get my order in. Thank You, Colby
00A: Both malic supplements have similar amounts of malic acid and magnesium however Malic Relief has additional nutrients that may be helpful to people such as calcium. The particular supplements have not been studied on different ailments so we cannot say which product would be better for you though taking both supplements does not seem necessary. Your physician would be able to give you the best advise as they are familiar with your medical condition.
