Malic Magnesium from Ethical Nutrients was recommended to me about 7 years ago by a woman who did educational workshops about fibromyalgia for physicians and other health professionals. While exercise and diet are essential to dealing with this condition, using this product regularly marked the beginning of my control of my symptoms. After no more than four days of using Malic Magnesium the insomnia which was so disrupting my life had ended and I was beginning to have fewer of the painful muscle spasms that are symptomatic of fibromyalgia. I recommend this product to anyone who may be concerned about muscle issues.
