I have been using Dr. Christopher's Lung & Bronchial Formula for a couple of weeks now, and it has really helped relieve my asthma symptons. My doctor had me on a steroid medication for this condition, which made my really "puffy" looking, which I hated, plus I did not really want to be inhaling steroids. So that's the reason I started doing research and found this. I couldn't be happier with the results, and my puffiness is gone!
