Jarro-Dophilus® + FOS survives stomach acid and colonizes the intestines.* FOS is a natural fiber that enhances the growth of beneficial probiotic bacteria.* Each capsule contains 3.4 billion total probiotic bacteria.

Take 1 to 3 capsules per day, with water and a meal. For infants and children, open capsules and mix contents with water, unheated liquids such as fruit juices, or foods. Or take as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
