I use it primarily to remove iron from my system, since the only other way excess iron can be taken out of our bodies is by blood-letting. When the Red Cross needs my blood, they get it; however, I depend on IP6 to regularly remove any excess I have.

I have been using IP6 for over 4 years daily as an immune system support. I know what an important role the immune system plays in disease and found IP6. I am healthy with no known diseases but want to keep my immune system strong. Since taking IP6 it evens helps me fight off the winter cold. I have taken this on and off for six years now.
