I ask a person who had some kgenlodwe of herbs, Whats the best thing to take to loose wieght? Their reply was African Mangoe .They explained how it works. I bought a bottle of African Mangoe in May 2011. I take at least one capsule a day.Also I have change how I eat. I am not crash dieting! I am eating like I should of have been in the first place. I have lost 73 pds. so far. I hope to lose more . My blood pressure is lower,I don't have swollen feet no more,and I have an abundance of energy. I am on my third bottle. I feel great!
