Suggested Use:

Instead of cherry pincikg to call him out, why not take his whole response in the context of itself? He clearly stated that what he said was true for a reasonably well balanced diet . If you live on red bull and chocolate, absolutely, your performance will suffer. And as to the point of raw and organic , some foods are more nutritious raw, some need to be cooked to release nutrients. Organic just means you paid for more expensive pesticides to be used. Steve, How can i get more energy? I run for the past 8 mohnts 25 min 6 days a week.I tried everything, i eat 2 hours before running, or i drink plenty of water, or drink lots of juices, or resting, or eating more carbs before running , or eating more protein before running, i pretty much tried everything but no herbal pills. Since taking Iberogast 3 years ago I have had very little problem with the diarhea which resulted from extensive radiation to my stomach area. I take it before meals and it greatly assists in my digestion.

I take the product for gastroperesis. When I started to take this product I was bloated and feeling badly enough I didn"t even want to get off the couch never mind do anything. I was going to the rest room about every 5-7 days and no stomach sounds at all. 5 months later I am not bloated no pain unless I forget to take iberogast.Now I every other day and I think my stomach actually started to make a sound the other day for the first time since last May!Thanks Seacoast Vitamins

This was prescribed by a doctor at the Mayo Clinic. I still wake up most mornings nauseous,but this product has helped me stay out of the ER on a regular basis. I had every possible test done with Gastroenterologists and the specialist at Mayo repeated alot of the same tests,but Iberogast has made a big difference as long as I watch my diet and stay away from breaded,fried foods, gravy and vegetables (raw and cooked greens,especially.)I highly recommend this product to others who can't find relief or diagnosis.

I use Iberogast for severe heartburn/GERD and IBS with amazing success and no side effects. No matter what I eat or drink this product works wonders for over 10 years now. I had visitors from Germany (where Iberogast is made) who gave me some when I complained of acid reflux and I have been useing it ever since. Prior to this I had used everything on the market from Alka Selzer to Nexium and was contemplating surgery when my friends gave me Iberogast.

I have been using Iberogast for several years to relieve diarrhea caused by radiation to the stomach area. Iberogast has enabled me to eat normally without suffering from diarrhea as I had before I used it.

I didn't think plain old simple herbs could help me for my irritable bowel. I was on elavil for 12 years. That did help. I wanted to get off the elavil which I did. Muddled through a few months doing not too badly. Then, suffered terribly getting off of wheat then on again in order to have celiac test. Test turned out negative but still think I have sensitivity to wheat. But, going off and on the wheat like that destroyed my intestines. They were so sensitive that I was in pain all the time. As I said, I really didn't think herbs would help. First day I took Ibergast with my lunch. Left my house in my car, was sitting at a stoplight 20 mins. later when all of a sudden I felt a knot in my intestine ease up. This was very unusual because sitting in a car or at a computer usually makes my intestines much worse. I am getting so much relief now that I can't believe what a miracle Ibergast is. I did have to figure out that taking it before and with my meal works better than waiting until after my meal when my intestines were all seized up. I don't think taking it is inconvenient. I would do anything not to have the pain I was in. Plus, I think it tastes wonderful. Put it in warm water and drink it like a tea. Then minute it first hit my mouth I knew it was soothing. I can usually tell if a food is going to bother me the minute I put it in my mouth. I highly recommend Ibergast!

I've been taking Iberogast for one month and have been very pleased with results. The loose, watery stools of Crohn's/Colitis flare are gone. The Iberogast has truly been helping to normalize bowel function. Perhaps with continued use of Iberogast the frequency of bathroom visits will continue to diminish. I'm hopeful.

I suffer with cronic acid reflux caused by H-Piloric bacteria in my stumoch. I have been taking Nexium for years without any significant relief. My new doctor recomended Iberogast. I guess I need to take this a while to see whether it really works. I read very good reports about the ingredients in Iberogast, even scientific studies. That is why I decided to try it. It is not yet clear to me what it does exactly (e.g. prevent gas, slight laxative working).
