my husband and I were taking Ginkgo Smart for a month both of us noticed side effectics from this products.We started doing things like forgetting more things .Like I went to bed without taking my glassed off .He got into bed without taking his hearing ads out.WE laughed about it and joked about it. but it got worse .I put frozen chicken in the pantry and I began forgetting what I wanted to say in a sentance so we stopped taking Ginkgo smart.Its better now but still doing things we wouldn't normally do .Were in our 60's not taking this anymore
