Eastern Wisdom Free Wanderer is a classic formula taken from China.  It is best known for its ability to ease tension and soothe pent-up energy and emotions.  Also, it has been suggested that this product is helpful in supporting women when they are pre-menstrual.   In China this product is known as Xia Yao Wan and may also be known as Free and Easy Wanderer, Bupleurum, Tang Kuei Formula or Rambling Powder.

Every 2 tablets of this product contains 1200 mg of the following ingredients: Chinese Mint Stems and Levaes, Ginger Dried Rhizome, Fried Chinese Licorice Root, Poria Sclerotium, Bai-Zhu Atractylodes, Chinese Peony Root, Dong Quai Root and Bupleurum Root.  This product also contains magnesium stearate and cellulose.
