Suggested Use and Doseage:
Adults (12 and over): Take 10 ml (measuring cap or 2 teaspoons), twice daily before meals.
Children (4 11 years old): Take 10 ml (measuring cap or 2 teaspoons), once daily before meals.
Directions: Shake bottle well before using. Take before meals.
For Kosher use: Mix 10 ml (measuring cap or 2 teaspoons), into half a glass of water or juice.

Please don't give up hope. There is a doctor out there who knows what is wrong with you. Keep liookng. Remember, it is your body and only you know how you feel. Don't let anyone try to tell you it's in your head or something stupid like that. Just keep your chin up. Some tips to help you when you go to a new doc:write down any all questions you think of before you go, so you don't forget to ask anywrite down all of your symptoms no matter how small they may seemkeep a food journal for one week before you go- list everything you eat and what time, then keep track of how you feel afterbring any previous test results you may have had, you should be able to get them from the Doctors who ordered thembe persistantGood Luck!! A: This supplement is an iron and herb supplement that offers nutrients for proper growth, energy, and maintaining optimal health and can be used by men, women, and kids.
