I just saw my obgyn on Thursday and told him we wanted to get nnpgeart.He told me to cut back on caffeine (1 cup a day is ok), don't smoke (obviously)-and that goes for both. He also told me to exercise, but not to lose weight because I am at the right weight for my height, and take either a multivitamin or a prenatal vitamin, especially for the folic acid.I would check your height verses your weight and see if you are at the right spot. If you are over weight, losing a few pounds can help you tremendously. However, if you are at the right weight, then don't drop any pounds. This could make it difficult to conceive.I only drink socially, but the doc also suggested watching my intake of alcohol.You should also try to chart your basal body temp for at least 3 months. This will tell you when you have ovulated and tell you if you ovulate at all. It can help you and your doctor.Basically, just getting healthy can help you conceive. I would just try these little things and see what happens before I would jump into taking any supplements for fertility. Good luck and lots of baby dust to you and your husband!

I have tried it for a month and nothing has happened. My husband and are going to keep trying. One good thing I have notice this month with my cycle no cramping. This is an a plus for me. I didn't expect it to happen in one month, even though I was looking forward to it. Keep praying for us and we will keep praying for you all.

I've used this now for 10 months. So far it hasn't helped us get pregnant , but some of the herbs in the pill have helped with other things. It's increased my libido and I get even greater satisfaction from sex. Also it helps with constipation, or what my mom likes to call "rabbit turds." :-) I only take one a day so the supply lasts longer. I really like it. I'm glad I was told about it.

Well I haven't start taking it yet but I really hope it works. I have been trying to become a mother for a while now. But I'm planning to start these pills today. And I got high hopes. I wish next time my review will stay I'm a mother

ive only tried it for a month, and nothing yet! but i am going to keep taking it for at least 3 months and hope it works out for me! no bad side effects like most other fertility drugs:)so thats a plus

The itself isnt too bad. For those who may have vaginal dryness, this product helps. The very first time i took it, i couldnt believe how moist i was. As for getting pregnant i am still hoping and praying as we start on our second month. But what they dont tell you is that the pills are to be taken after ovulation until day 21. Its only 7 days because the pills contain a laxative that shouldnt be taken more than a week straight. Hope that i have been a tremendous help to all of you who are taking the fertility blend with me. Good luck to all!
