Coral Complex contains every mineral, in similar proportion as found in the human body. This is vitally important because some trace minerals are entirely missing from our food and nutritional supplements... yet these minerals occur in our bodies for a reason. I feel so much better when I am fully hydrated with seasalt water and have all the highly absorbable minerals in an ionic state I feel I am getting that in the coral complex 3....yes I like the d-3 added as well....many minerals do not inclde this valuable vitamin which we need...I now know why this Dr. friend of mine recommended this product to me....I have shared this with several and they are feeling a better quality of wellness as well! thanks!
