• 0 0 A: Unfortunately the manufacturer can only confirm that it comes out between 48-72 hours. We do have another colostrum supplement that states the colustrum comes out anywhere between 24 and 48 hours of birth. Please follow the link below to view. Question: I am 56 years old and 4 years ago i was operated for lung cancer . Chemotherapies and radiotherapy made me weak. All therapies have finished now and i only take 1 tablet of tarceva (erlotinib) every day. Do you know if it is safe for me to have colostrum too ?
