CLA contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a unique optical isomer of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid component of cell membranes and breast milk. Although dietary sources of CLA typically include red meat and dairy products, Jarrow FORMULAS CLA is derived from safflower oil. Two CLA softgels offer the CLA equivalent of what is found in 38 slices of cheese. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in glucose metabolism, body fat reduction and enhancement/retention of lean body mass (muscle).* Each 1000 mg softgel contains a minimum 75-82% CLA (providing at least 750 mg CLA per softgel).
Take 3-4 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a physician before taking CLA.

The advice that you are gnivig here is not only reckless, it may end up hurting or killing a person. Ephedrine caffeine will raise your heart rate and blood pressure, which could cause heart palpitations, a stroke or heart attack, or kill a person who already has high BP, heart problems, or other ailments. And the other products you mention are as just dangerous. Lowering caloric intake is the safest proven method for weight loss, not the dangerous items you recommended.
