Question: Is this Ceylon or cassia cinnamon?


• 0 0 A: Great question. Ceylon is another name for cinnamon. Ceylon and Cassia come from different plants. Though Ceylon (also known as ture cinnamon) has a similar taste to Cassia (also known as Chinese Cinnamon), they are different.  Vote down - Vote up
